Subject: poser and carrara lose their files when changing computers...

i developed on my laptop and brought the files over to a stronger imac g5 to render....and poser cant find any jpg and carrara also asks for certain textures (which came from carrara)....what gives?

The program 'remembers' files bt their exact path. So if your jpgs on your laptop are in your Poser directory, but the hard disc is named different, they are 'lost'. If you save your Carrara file on your laptop (save as) and choose 'internal' for the textures, everything will be saved inside the file (which will grow some Mb's probably). Good luck!
