I just noticed today that my pictures now have this tiny little spot on them. It is on every picture that I have taken today. I have cleaned the lense and I am at a loss as to what to do now. Here is an example of the spot. Wondering if it is that big of a deal or just me being really picky, but hey I spent a lot of money and now I got a spot that I can't get rid of...Can anyone help me? Oh and the spot is at the left center like. Its really small since I resized it down. Its about one pixel I am thinking. Leigh

You know what dammit!! I have a single pixel spot too!!! I was just talking to my dad about that the other day it only shwos up in dark pics , not in the same place as yours, I though I had just burnt out a pixel or something. We will have to look into this further. Peace and Creativity CHris

It reminds me of a problem I had with my PowerBook. I had two "dead" pixels in the screen (tft). Maybe you should contact your nikon customer service. Im sure theyll know what is it exactly. Is the pixel always the same color? Or does it change? Take a look in a few photographs. One with a lot of red, one with a lot of blue and one with a lot of green. Arturo

I had this on a brand new nineteen inch monitor and sent it back for a new one....send it back and get a new one, its a dead pixel in the ccd, send it back! We'll wait for your new one, cause we love all your experiments!
