Hexagon 2 Displacement Modeling & Brush Modeling 1) What is the difference between Displacement Modeling & Brush Modeling in Hexagon 2? They seem to do the same thing allowing you to push and pull geometry. 2) Is Displacement Modeling actually affecting the models geometry, or is it just creating a displacement map? Is this the same way ZBrush works? 3) Would you buy ZBrush or Hexagon 2 for displacement modeling? 4) Finally, in Hexagon 2 will you be able to use the displacement modeling brushes on one side of your model and it will paint the same thing on the other side symmetrically. (like a symmetry object)

Hi, I would recommend visiting the Hexagon2 blog at this link to find out more information about Hex2. Last week we had a Hexagon 2 chatroom event with the Hexagon 2 developer please read the log you will find it in the same link. yes Hexagon 2 can do symmetrical displacemen and painting.
