Yesterday, I had a box of some personal belongings sent to me from Sweden. A friend put together some stuff that he found and shipped it over here. Among the thing there were photo albums that I haven't seen in ages, and in one of those there were old negatives. The photo in this post was taken by dad about 50 years ago, and I scanned it and inverted it. And the quality came out great, even though it's been laying around in a paper envelope for so long. I've got a lot of negatives that are not more than 10-15 years old, colour one, that have been completely useless no matter the storage. So either the film back in the 50's were just great, or it's lousy these days, not sure which one it is. Thought I'd share this because I love this photo. It's of my grandad and his dog, Lady.
