Hi, today I go to the 'rosity MarketPlace to get some specials, but everytime I click on "Add to cart" I get the message: "It seems that you alredy have the product ... please go back and check the errors" - but I can't go back. There is also nothing in my cart. So I'm frustrated about being not able to shop in the store ... Hope anyone can help ...

The error is indicating that you have already purchased the item in the past.

Yes, that is what the error indicate, but I have not purchased these items in the past !!! All of these items are new for me ... they come from my wishlist and now was the time to buy them - but that's not possible.... seem so.

Have you gone to your Wishlist page and tried to select the "Move to Cart" option for the items you would like to purchase? This will move them from your Wishlist over to your Shopping Cart so you can check out.Clint Hawkins

No chance. Didn't work. That's what I get: __________________________________________________ Form Validation Error: It appears that you have already have this product. Please press Back, correct the errors, and try again. __________________________________________________ | |-> thats not linked with the last page ... only with "#" And I'm really sure that I never purchased a selected item in the past.

Hi renderteam, Very strange. I logged in as you and was able to add many items to your cart with the "Add to Cart" button. I was able to move items from your wishlist into your Cart and then back to your Wishlist without any errors. It can only be a few things: 1) You have already purchased the item in the past. 2) You have a firewall or security software that is set to aggresive. If you can let me know the name of a product thats giving you the error I can look into it for you...or does it happen with anything you try to add to your cart?

Hello Clint, thanks for your support. I don't know why, but the last idea I have was to clear my browser cache again - and wonder over wonder : now it works!!! Mysterious, but it works! If this will happen in future, I'll post. Thanks for help !!! Volker
