Hi I purchased some things on Wednesday and today the download is still pending. The order number is 111035882 It was not my first purchase.

If this is your first time, you need to send a e-mail to store@renderosity.com  with your nickname, your real name and the order number. I paid mine with Paypal and after this your download is ready to down. Just the first time you need to do this... :)

But its not my first time, i only paid with a new creditcard, can that be a reason?

This is your first order, so you need to send in the required verification information for first time buyers.  The first time buyer information is at the bottom of your email, and also displayed during checkout.

For credit card orders, it's the toll free number on the back of your credit card.  This information along with the order id# needs to be sent to store@renderosity.com and your order will be verified, and future purchases will be available for download immediately.
