thank you for your help!

But I think what would help me more is an image that shows e.g. td.forum_message_cell and describes the valid attributes. Everything else is just stumbling in the dark for me. I think this is a hint to the admins: Please create a mini tutorial for the CSS programming of this site. If the galleries will get a new layout soon we will need it there too.

Hi Andreas - try taking a look at this thread - someone has made some css which shows everything up in different colours which makes it easer if you want to change specific areas.

The thread is quite long though but it has various other colour schemes posted by others, too.
