At the pending item "Tulip_SG(Vue5)" there is since some days the message " xxxxxx - 3rd party product required", but I got no other information (no e-mail).
It is fact, that a 3rd party product is required and I noticed it in the product requirements.
What is the problem?

That means that we're working to acquire the product needed to test yours. We don't notify you of that, we contact the site and/or vendor that sells the product needed.
