Mm. The text I put in there didn't come out. Seems that Renderosity is having some teathing problems. The questions was: when did the IM system change and where was it notified. I must have missed it.

The IM system hasn't changed as such (at least I don't think so), it's just that it hasn't been transfered across to the new forums. IMs are still available via the galleries.

Not sure what you mean by 'change'...all I know is its still on the other server with the galleries right now.

What I mean by 'changed' is that if you had an IM it was displayed as soon as you open the page - if you were logged in - but now you have to actually go to 'Messaging'. I only discovered this because I was expecting an IM that didn't seem to be turning up. With all the changes to the site I thought I'd better look in Messaging, just in case, and there it was!

The IM's still show just as they always have on the Community side.. You can see the message box showing with the number of IM's you have waiting. The forums are now on the Marketplace server when we converted them a few weeks ago to the PHP platform. Soon the rest will follow but for now you will see on the Community side the IM's just like they have always been.
