Aiko herself is fine, but what happens is I'll edit her in Poser then save her as a new figure, then when I load her into the posing area  her facial expressions won't work anymore... Does anyone know why that happens and if I can fix it? 😕

When you save her and a box comes up asking if you want to save the morphs as well, do you say yes? If you say no that's the only thing I can think of as to why her expressions might not work.

If you have poser 6 do you have pmd files switched on?  Try switching them off, but you will need to redo your figure and save it into a library again.

In your preferences switch of use external morph targets and try redoing your figure.

I am having trouble with injection morphs not saving in the pz3, could that be caused by this also? Should it be on or off?

I don`t have poser 6 but quite a few people have switched off  use external morph targets because it has caused problems.

Switching it off will do no harm but leaving it on could cause problems with figures.

Ok thank you for your help. Since is similar problem I saw no need for new post. I have external morph targets off by default, maybe i will try to put it on.
