This is good as far as it goes, but seems to lack something to draw the image together, but I am not certain what.

Any ideas please.

Can't think of anything - brain on temporal hold I think.

Gotta say though - that striped snake sitting in the tree is a nice touch :thumbupboth:

that striped snake looks like a lemur to me.
My eyes are drawn to the light area in the background, but I don't see anything there, maybe something or hint of something in that way back spot?
Very excellent image already.

It seems my rather strange sense of humour went unnoticed, Ang!

It was my polite way of saying the colour of the Lemur and the tree are too similar 😉

I recommend you darken the tree to add a bit more contrast - and make the Lemurs stand out a bit more.  Unless those Lemurs are working for some sort of secret organisation - I doubt they'd need to be THAT well camouflaged.

A key spot on the central figures to focus the viewers' attention to them.

I think there's a conflict in center of attention here. You know that the people are there to be the center of attention, else they wouldnt be that centered and in the foreground, but the opening in the forrest to the right of them pulls your focus kind of past the people towards the light instead. I'm not sure how to solve this though.

Well, for better or for worse, I added a couple of bodyguard type figs mid scene, a little ground mist and lowered the haze factor slightly, so the bright rear spot becomes clearer.

I hope it has improved it.

Thanks for all your help.
