How long are orders "pending"?

 

I can see that the payment has been transacted through PayPal, but I've still got "download pending" in my account.  I've not noticed this before, since I've always been able to download the product very soon after the PayPal transaction, which is pretty much instantaneous.

 

How long is the "pending" process now, since this is something that has clearly changed?

I repeat, I've never had this problem before.  I'm not a new customer.  My account isn't new. 

What has changed to create this "pending" issue?  The downloads are still not available.  Is somebody back there personally approving every order now?

Hi Dana,

Something must be up with PayPal, because I verified that you have indeed paid for the order, yet PayPal hasn't "talked" to our system to let it know that.

I've marked your order paid now, so you shouldn't have any problems.
