I've used UVMapper to reassign materials for V2, PS Vicki and PT Vicki. For those who still use these characters you can get the zip file that contains the new UVs and readme with instructions at the following links.

The above image shows V2 and PT Vicki with the P5 woman(Judy) texture and PS Vicki with the P5 girl(Penny) texture.

With these new uvs you will now be able to use them in The RealSkin Shader by Paul Kinnane (face_off) with great results.
