Can you believe this...........I bought Vue Easel and Liked it so much that I upgraded to Vue 5 Esprit and now they won't give me the $50 credit to Vue 5 because I bought Vue Easel first, did not use the $20 credit for it, returned it sayingt that the credit is only for the first series 5 purchase, i.e, for Easel not for the Vue 5 $50, whether or not I returned easel and bought Vue 5. What kind of morons are running this company, when they don't value the clear financial benefit to them for upgrading to their products?

I agree - very stupid marketing on their part.  I bought Vue Easel for my daughter.  I did not get the side-grade, but purchased a full copy.  Because I already registered my copy of Vue 5 Infinite, I can't get the $20 voucher for her.  Needless to say I was upset.  If I had known that, I could have just bought the side-grade and saved the $20.  Now I paid full price and didn't get the voucher.  Dumb move guys!
