Potential new buyer here, just doing some research.

Already searched the other threads pretty much, and wanted to get a little more other info about the process of using Vue desprit infinite, or whatever, to produce photorealistic scenes from DEM files, and render out animations also.

I do have AE 6.5 Pro, and will probably use that for adding effects, and possible camera animation.

For use on ONLY web,  are Vue's file sizes manageable?  To produce a 1 minute fly-through animation video (flash video) of a section of the Grand Canyon for example, is that feasible?

How about producing the scene/video at ONLY 320x240? Pro's-cons?

And, how about converting the raster video to vector format, for perhaps low bandwidth users?
Is that feasible, and still "pretty"?

And finally, what about Google Earth Pro, as a source for map overlays?

Any input from those that know would be excellent.
