With in order number Order#: 111046344

When I unzip this porduct into the proper POSER folder, the library of MAT files doesn't show up.
After investigation of the ZIP file folders, I found that there are no texture files in the folders.

Please review this product as it is incomplete. Please let me know if I can get the complete product or I would like a refund.

Or, maybe there is something i'm doing wrong... ???
