Hi,
I purchased a gift certificate on 28th April for $50, using paypal, I never had problems with GC's before so it was only when I wanted to spend it today that I went and looked for the code only to find there is no code and no GC although it is listed in the purchases list that is the only place I can find mention of it. invoice no is 111043285 and item no is the same.
Please could you look into this for me and tell me where the needed information is.

Hey Jen,
All fixed :) In the future, when you purchase a GC for yourself, just put your own username in as the gift receipient :)
