Hi all, some time ago I was using a demo version of Rhino and, following a tutorial, I made a close fitting body suit for Victoria 3. I did very little else with Rhino and didn't buy it because it didn't do much with meshes.

The bodysuit I made looks good in Poser and fits really well. I would like to use the bodysuit as a base to make other clothing so I am looking for a program that will allow me to use cutting planes on a obj type mesh to make t-shirts and shorts etc.

It would be good if I could also thicken up or add detail to the cut edges. I know there are a lot of box type modellers around but I don't think they will do what I want. I may be wrong of course.

I don't find it easy learning 3d programs so I would rather not try lots of demos only to find I can't accomplish what I want.

There must be a program where you can load in an obj and create some curved cutting planes, slice the mesh and fold the edges.
