I need to install Bryce5.5c on my husband's laptop - which he's kindly lent me during this emergency.

I saved a copy of 5.5 to disc when I got it, I also have Bryce5 on Disc - plus I saved as much of the Bryce5.5 folder as I could, the one in Program Files/Daz/Bryce5.5.  Do I just use the disc with Bryce5.5 on it to install, or do I need to used the Bryce5 disc first?  Or is there something else?

Help?

As far as I know you don't need B5 to install B5.5. You'll also need a version of DAZStudio though and the 5.5C update to use the newer versions of D|S (at least that's been my experience!) HTH; Dan

I saved DazStudio - the last version I downloaded, it's not the latest though, since people had some issues with the latest version, so I was gonna wait until a less buggy one arrived....

Got Bryce5.5c and daz studio 1 installed - what's the latest version of Daz?  And any idea where I can get it?

Should be able to get D/S here:   http://www.daz3d.com/program/studio/1_0index.php

[edit] Oh, and it is version 1.3.0.1

Thanks, got both Bryce5.5c and the latest Daz installed now.  And finally got the presets in place too, so I can locate all the materials that I've made.  Phew!
