Anyway,this is what I quickly came up with.Wish it were better.Obviously I thought the balance was off,lol.Hence the yellow rectangle.
Sorry I couldn't do more for you,Kortalouche.
I think animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.

A beautiful flower - I have this colour growing next to my garden pond.
Kort you have done a great job in the image I have just seen posted. I was not about yesterday it was the Champions League Final - "the beautiful game" - Arsenal v Barcelona .
For my images I chose a background colour from the palette in PS that I thought would look like old parchment from a Victorian watercolour and filled with it. I added a fine canvas texture from the filter/texture menu. With the flower selected, I desaturated a bit and may have done some adjustment curves layer(blend mode luminosity) to get the right look, I added mono uniform noise to give the slightly uneven effect of water colour paint, filter/add noise.
The frame was made by increasing canvas sizes and adding coarser texture to the outer one.
Some good looking variations it never ceases to amaze me the creativity at Renderosity and the way people can come together to help each other and create something better than one member could do alone.
And every one said, 'If we only live,
We too will go to sea in a Sieve,---
To the hills of the Chankly Bore!'
Far and few, far and few, Are the lands where the Jumblies
live;
Their heads are green, and their hands are blue, And they went to
sea in a Sieve.

Thanks for the expanded explanation and compliments Richard. you'll have to post a photo of yours when it gets around to blooming. Yes, it is great how people provide their insight and one can though go in a direction they never considered. How was the game? :)
