Hello,
I'm having problems with the File Locker Plus. Although i can download something from it, others can't and they get the message"this member's monthly bandwicth allowance has been exceeded". Could someone check this please?
Thank you :o)

Hi Isabelle, You have used up your monthly bandwidth allowance.
"You have used 1139275879 Bytes (106.1 %) of that allowance so far this month. "

Hi Clint,
I've purchased File Locker Plus when i had used arround 90 %, it took aproximatly 3 days to activate it ( weekend ) so by the time it was activated it was around 101 %. So if i understand correctly, i have to wait until next month to have this extra space? And will i pay this month for the extra space i don't have? I'm sorry but i really don't understand how things work and the weird thing is that i can download my files and i can see my promo images in my products page.
Thank you,
Isabelle

I'm checking to see if your regular file locker was deleted--that could be what's causing the problem. If you're still subscribed to both, the restrictions of the first could be why it thinks you've reached your limit.
It will take me a few minutes to look up....and fix, if that's the problem. I'll let you know what I find out asap.
Thanks,
Jenifer

Ok, I've worked with a programmer to get the problem resolved. The calculation for bandwidth allowance was off. It's fixed now and I checked your account.
I've very sorry for the inconvenience, and I'm happy to say that you shouldn't experience any problems going forward. Thanks for your patience and understand while we worked to resolve it.
Thanks,
