I currently have poser6 and 45gigs of content on my main pc, and will be getting a laptop. can i have my Poser6 running on both machines? would i have to pay an extra fee? as i own both computers and they will only be used by me?

Install/activate a personal firewall and disallow poser to contact the net. Poser scans your network to find another installation.

Errr... of course you have to buy another license if you're using Poser on both computers at the same time.

According to the EULA (as i understand it) you can HAVE it on more than one computer but you can only USE it on one computer at a time. If you want to use it on more than one computer then you will need to buy another licence.

well, the only way publicized to get another license is to buy another cd at the regular price.
I do seem to recall someone from Curious labs (before ef took over) talking to someone who wanted multiple licenses. they said 'contact us via e-mail and we'll see what we can work out'.
you can try contacting sales to see what (if anything) they will do.
