I have driven passed this figure many time in the past. This time I stopped to take a picture. Does anyone remember Bill & Ben and little weed. Well Little weed has grown and is currently living in my garden with All his relatives

Not to sure where the Union Jack is planted though! no wonder he is draped over the fence. LOL
