Hi all.  Can anyone tell me if there's anything unusual or non-standard about Poser 6's .3ds export?  I am trying to import a .3ds Poser figure into another application, called Character Shop, and when I do, the vertices show up in a list, but the figure doesn't show up in the edit window.  Interestingly, I took one of Character Shop's default .3ds figures, brought it into Poser, and re-exported it as a .3ds, and the same thing happened...doesn't appear any more in the figure window of Character Shop.  Any ideas?

Thanks for any and all help.

The version of the 3DS format that Poser supports, can only handle 64K polygons per mesh.
As Poser tries to write the whole scene as a single mesh, even a single figure is (more often than not) enough to cause this limit to be exceeded.
