Hi,

I found a few old models but they need the zygote dragon. I had this a while back, but can't remember where I bought it from, and last night my computer totally tanked on me and I'd like to buy him again if he's even still avaliable. (Hard drive failure taught me a valuable lesson... Back up everything or pay for it later.)

If anyone knows I'd appreciate any information. (Even disappointing info if he's no longer avaliable.)

If you did already buy it at DAZ, have look in your account history there and if you did buy it, reset the download for it and there you go! No need to spend money if you don't have to :)

Raven, that depends. The Zygote Dragon is very, very old now. And if the purchase was made at Zygote then it doesn't show up in the Account History. (None of my Zygote purchases show up there.) That might make resetting it rather difficult.

i've aske a couple of time to DAZ customer service if they can bring up the old zygote stuff, and its almost like they ignore the question. They always answer half way. I would love to get M1, V2, and al those guys again...

sorry to go off the topic, but it ffits...if you get an answer concerning zygote products and getting them again, please let us know

Well I bought the dragon back when DAZ was just a brand new division of Zygote (in fact it was a coupon announcing the new DAZ division that enabled me to afford the dragon!) which was December 2000, and it is in my order history. Looking at my account history, and comparing old email receipt dates, it looks like my order history starts at July 2000, with previous purchases not listed. That's a bit of a bummer. (so was looking at how long my list of purchases was too!!!)

Yep...I've been one since when the PC started. I was trying to get all my old downloads reset from prior to DAZ...when it was Zygote. I actually got an email sent yesterday(Saturday), from Britney at DAZ...she was working Saturday which is a real new thing for DAZ....anyway, she found my old purchases, so hopefully they can reset them. She also got me downloads for my Mil Gorilla and SP3 purchases, which were actually free for awhile and did not show up in the account page...they were given because of past purchases or something..cant remember the exact promotion...

So it looks like they still  have record of the Zygote purchases...you just have to be persistent...I has inquired 4 or 5 times about this in the past, and never got a full answer. In fact this time, they reset all my PC free downloads..which was cool, but I didn't need those. The whole deal is that my old CD of real early purchases is now corrupt...so cant get to any of that old stuff, and I would love to have it

Hi all. Thanks for all the help. I e-mailed DAZ but didn't get much help in that way. So, I just went ahead and bought him again. This way if I lose him the order history is still there. (And they're really fast at resetting! I had david and his head and body morphs and they reset the links within a minute.) Cheers to that. Although, I have the Mil dragon I'll always love the Zygote dragon. (Dunno why. I guess it's because he's not a memory hog like the Mil one.)
