How do we change the background color? I saw the CSS settings, but I don't know what color codes those are and which ones, or if we can change them.

Well my nudity filter has just been turned on....last thing I want to see is crotch shot on the front page :cursing:

I'm not a prude but geesh.

Looks like the basics of the look edit fine with css. I tried a couple of things. Should have no problem with background, fonts, link color etc...

No need to think outside the box....

To be honest, the new forums and galleries are much less appealing to me and it seems like the forum traffic has fallen off. I don't like the forum setup at all, it's ugly. Everything is so technical looking and code oriented. I liked Renderosity because it seemed artist friendly and the environment was nice to look at. Now it looks like some code writers have taken over and made it look awful. It's a shame, the ugly interface is not conducive to artist endeavors. Carrara has shown that you can have a lot of power and flexibility under the hood without having to lose the aesthetic appearance. Seems like most of the forums have gone to this setup, hopefully the future will bring some creativity to the new code other than just the ability to store massive amounts of posts. Ringo's new site is a good example of what a forum can look like, if someone takes the time to think about the functionality and the eye appeal.

I agree- I think this NEW forum look was a step BACKWARD-- the old forum may have been slower- but this one is uglier and you have to be into HTML coding...why?
