Good Morning, Clint,
I am still not able to go to Marketplace here at R'osity from either the top of the page link (still getting the Apache Test Page), the new front page for the marketplace link or the sidebar link (still getting the "You are not authorized...)! But I was able to click on the Forums graphic on the left of the front page and it brought me here!!
I did some exploring last night - I remembered you saying how Bondware ran the site now, and one of my stops was the Bondware site. While I was there I noticed a few things; 1. The "Featured Web Sites" page took a long, long time to load. 2. I went to a few of those sites and they took even longer to load then the Bondware page. One of those was RunTime DNA, which took about 7 -10 minutes to load the whole page the first time I went to it!
Some good news: I just went to RunTime DNA and clicked on the Renderosity link and when I got here I still got the same messages as always, EXCEPT when I clicked on "My Wishlist" it actually took me to my list!!!! Something to note though: When I clicked on my first item, the graphics for that item took 5 minutes and 26 seconds to load ( I timed a few and the average was around 4 - 5 minutes)! Before all this started it would take about 10 - 20 seconds for a graphic to load, which is normal for a DSL connection. Now this is just a guess, but I think the problem is with the servers, perhaps they are just too overloaded.
I am going to keep checking back here at the forums today and maybe we can figure out the problem. I will be in and out today, but you can either leave me a message here, send me an email or call my cell today, if you come up with any solutions or suggestions.
Thank you for all your help in this matter it is GREATLY appreciated!

Your welcome.
I'm still confident its something local on your end.
Did you remove the Norton from your system?

Hi Clint,
I did remove all of Norton except the Anti-Virus. I could be wrong, but I think the problem is the Bondware servers are being overextended. I will keep you apprised on the status from here as the day goes on. I'll also let you know if I have any problems with my checkout at the Marketplace.
Talk to you later.
May

Hi May, The servers are running Ok for 1,249 members right now. I also logged in as you and didnt experience any problems.
So - As I stated I'm very convinced its a local issue on your end. Since its happening with several systems at your home it is either a comon SW application running on all your systems or your router or ISP.
At this time I simply dont know what is causing the problem on your end.

Are your pages such as the checkout page redirected? I talked with Pine Tree Networks tech support and their DNS Entries and Routing Tables are updated constantly on an ongoing basis. I am going to bypass my router in case it has a firewall in it and connect directly to my modem and see if that helps. In the meantime is there a way I can save my shopping cart?
