It looks like the eye joint centres are being affected by the pose, try clicking on zero figure in the joint editor, that might fix it.

you can either re-apply the head -inj-pose!!!(with eye selected) or from pull down menu click EDIT,RESTORE,ELEMENT!!(with eye selected)

Thanks both technices work. But have to do it for every pose. Is this a known issue with mulberry? Will there be a update for that.

Since Mulberry is sold at DAZ, I'd imagine you have already done a search on their forums right ?
