Hello everyone! Here is a new model I am working on. (I have no plan to sell this in my store so you don't need to ask) It is a tribute to Marilyn Monroe. I modeled her in Lw (with the base of my Unity char) and created a very fast texture.I tought I would share this project with all the Marilyn's fan out there! ;)
I only have 4 basic morphs for her face, but decided to render this small animation anyway.

Blondes DO have more fun, even 40 years after they've died. This proves the point of a novelette I wrote, based on the Epic of Gilgamesh: that man's greatest hope for immortality, is to be remembered.

Neftis, what video codec are you using? I can't get either to play.... the still shots look great though.

It's divx codecs (sorry I forgot to mention)

Without a doubt one of the best, if not the best, 3D likenesses that I've seen.
I know you've already said, but I'll ask anyway. Are you sure you won't reconsider selling the morphs and texture? I know I'd be first in line to purchase and I have no doubt there would be a lineup elbowing their way to the cash register :)
I absolutely love this particular shot from the first movie.

Hi and thanks Dominique!
No it was not redered in LW (It would then be in the LW forum) hehe It was simply poser 5 Then I added a soft light filter in Ulead Media Studio. (by the way I now have 10 morphs done for her expressions YAY!!!!

Acadia, thanks a lot ;) as for your question, first it's not really a morph (like for stef or v3) it is a complete new mesh created with my Unity base mesh in LW. I can't really sell it as a morph pack for Unity since I had to change some geometrie. I only created her for fun to use in my personal animations.
Also few years ago I had a character (base on v2) called Digital Marilyn, but it was pulled from the store because of the copyrights on Marilyn's estate.I guess RR didn't want to take the chance (and who can blame them) :tt2: I sold it elsewhere for a while but decided to take it off because it was old stuff and v2 characters did not sell much anymore.
Anyway, I will first begin by finishing her completely...As you can see, she needs a hairstyle badly ;)

Linkdink if you have the divx player on your computer then use that to look at the animations, it is the only way that I could see them.

A shame :( She sure is beautiful.
As for the V2 character, if you had changed the name to something else it probably would have been left in the store. Others sell "look-a-likes", but they change the name.
