Subject: Help! - with Epson R1800!

Perhaps one have you who own a large format Epson printer have run into this problem: "After printing an image on my R1800 that had a lot of lines in it, I tried using the Epson Printer utility to clean the print heads. In the middle of that test, it just stopped and said it could not be completed. Both the paper feed and ink lights are flashing in unison. I removed the paper and restarted the printer, but they keep flashing and I get no response from pressing anything other than the power button. The troubleshooting guide was not able to help. The printer is less than a year old. More data: Step 1 WHICH MODEL ARE YOU USING? Stylus Photo R1800 Step 2 What were you doing when the problem occurred?
