I think I saw the guy with the swastika in a movie on Israeli Television a couple of years ago. It's theme was the ultimate futility of prejudice, coupled with a moving depiction of how a White Aryan is throw together with a Black Panther, and the friendship which slowly developes between the two (that is, if I'm not totally mistaken).
The textures look quite authentic of those charaters.

or somewhere that i can uploaded it with out a tranfer restriction?
dphoadley posted Sun, 02 July 2006 at 10:53 AM
Ask ernyoka1 if she can host this at RaunchyMinds; they have a nice, but rather small, freebie section there. I'm sure they'd welcome this as nice addition.

If you saw the movie, it must have left as indelible impression on your unconscious as it did mine. I instantly recognized the figure; even though I only saw the movie once, and that was several years ago.
For me, it's telling that the figure and actor could so resemble each other, even if unintentionally; and even down to such details as the shape and style of their beards.
BTW, I've already downloaded the texture, even though I don't generally use M3 ( I prefer the lower res dork or domus, easier on resources). I'm thinking just possibly I could convert it to Mike 2, and then adapt it to Domus.
Yours truly,

man, that is wack! the rendervisions link logged me in as jonthecelt, and gave me access to his control panels page and his basket. I would suggest deleting that link ASAP, and somebody contact rendervisions about the security flaw. it could be very serious. p.s. I didn't even know trekkiegirl was an admin at raunchyminds. pps. where it sez "Methastopholis", was that 'sposed to be mephistopheles? as in faust?

Thanks for the heads-up, miss nancy... I think what happened was, that I was the last person to long in and download that file... why the link automatically keeps hold of the account holder, I have no idea. It might be the link that methastopholis has used, it could be a problem with rendervisions... I'm not up on the whol web-design thing to explain this. When I used the linke, it worked as it should, and allowed me to log in, and download it as normal.
Once again, thanks for the warning though...

Miss Nancy posted Sun, 02 July 2006 at 8:30 PM

*scratches head* That's weird. I was sure I posted another link to that download where the person has to login using their own name to get the download."It is good to see ourselves as

hmm i think it was keeping me logged in. cus i hit the link and i was signed in. then i logged out . And tried the link again and it worked properly.
Acadia posted Mon, 03 July 2006 at 2:45 AM
It's fixed now :) The post with that original link seems to have been deleted.
The link I provided goes to the download area of the site, but people have to login in order to download, they aren't connected to anyone's account.
That was really weird. Hope no one had any sensitive information in their control panel/account area.

I'm glad they deleted it, as the control panel area might have allowed them to change passwords. probably not, but I didn't try, and hopefully neither did anyone else.

From memory, most places like that require you to input the old password before you can change it for a new... :)
