Awwww!!!! Thank you fine people! I´m glad you like ´em.
Tutorial? Noooo!!! I hate making tutorials....i suck at that. Nothing to it really....just keep your cam on a tripod, focus in on where you expect your drop to fall. No autofocus therefor....keep the focus locked. Then i fire away with one hand while i release drops with my other hand using a little squirt. The image inside the drop is simply a print placed behind my bowl of water.....flipped up-side-down. Once you´ve captured a drop, you can start playing around with different settings....like the exposure or white-balance. Good luck.

Zacko posted Tue, 04 July 2006 at 8:24 AM
That´s a good first try Tunde. If you get lower on the perspective you wont get so many reflections from the flash. And it is sharp...the base is, while the droplet is a tad out of focus. So if you lower your perspective, your drop will line up and more of it will be in focus at the same time. Do i make any sense?

LOL @ Marlene as well.....you never know though...he was somewhat decent after he had peeped at Lois in the ladies-room and had to undergo therapy for that.
Just looking at some i took using the D200 of Quagmire and they seem to have turned out okay....YAAAAAAAY!!!! My first attempt using the DSLR....finally some shots with really high resolution. Whenever i´ve taken drop-shots with my Powershot in Super Macro-mode the resolution couldn´t go higher than 2200x1700....then after you crop it you end up with what you see here basically.

Ever seen Invader Zim Andreas? You might enjoye that as well. Sick and twisted humor, though not quite the same as Family Guy. "Stewie: Now, I'm going to do something I like to call the 'Compliment Sandwhich" Where I say something good, talk about where you need improvement, and then end with something good. Brian: Whatever you gotta do... Stewie (flips notepad): Something good... something good... You look like SNOOPY and it makes me smile... but you have smelly dog farts."

SUPER! Love that shot of him, and the way he seems to melt with the droplets. Yes, Google Invader Zim. The whole series is out on DVD. If you didn't want to buy the other two DVDs after viewing the first, then I consider myself totally clueless. ;] Okay, one more, my favorite schtick next to the Stewie/Brian novel writting dialog, and Stewie singing Rocket Man: "Lois: So doctor, is Peter healthy? Doctor: My goodness, you'll be dead within a month. Peter: What? Doctor (revealing comic he was reading): Oh, Hagar the Horrible, if you keep up that lifestyle of pillaging and eating giant turkey legs, you'll be dead within a month. Now, onto you. Peter: So, what do you think? Pretty healthy, eh? Doctor: Well, Mr. Griffin, let's take a look at your physical results. Argh! There's a spider in here. Now, here we go. Mr Griffin, you're going to expire in a month. Peter/Lois: Argh! Doctor: This is your driver's licence, isn't it? Now, unfortunately, I'm afraid you're going to die... Peter: Argh! Doctor: ...when you watch these Dean Martin Celebrity Roasts. Lois: Will you just tell us how Peter's health is?! Doctor: Ah, Mr. Griffin, I'm not quite sure how to say this. Kim Bassinger? Bass singer? Bassinger? But now, onto the cancer. Lois: Oh my goodness! Doctor: You are a Cancer, right? You were born in July? Now onto these test results. My, they're much worse than I thought. Peter/Lois: Oh! Doctor: My son got a D minus on his history test. Now Mr Griffin, that liver's got to come out. Lois: What?! Doctor: It's been in the microwave for three minutes, it'll get dry. Now- Lois: Please, please, we can't take any more schtick.. Please just tell us, is Peter healthy? Doctor: Oh, yeah, he's fine, he's just really fat."

Peter (narrating his life): "I walked into the kitchen and sat down at the table. I looked with a grimace at the questionable meal Lois had placed in front of me. Of course I'd never tell her how disgusted I was with her cooking, but somehow I think she knew. Lois had always been full of energy and life, but lately I had begun to grow more aware of her aging. The bright, exuberant eyes that I had fallen in love with were now beginning to grow dull and listless with the long fatigue of a weary life." (Lois knocks Peter out.) "I woke several hours later in a daze." LOL, yeah, that and when Peter has theme music to his every move...too funny!

Oh and did you say sick and twisted? Here's a fine example...lol.
Bonnie: Somebody save him, he can't swim!
Peter: Oh, he's not even kicking. Kick Joe, kick.
Lois: Peter, he's a paraplegic!
Peter: That doesn't mean he can't hear. Kick Joe, kick!
