Hi all,
I'm trying to find 3d models of WW2-era airplanes that are free/freeware, but I can't come up with anything at the main 3d mesh sites. Anyone want to help me out?
-Thanks a lot.

Try asking at the Rhino forum. Planes are all the rage there.

Attached Link: http://www.colacola.se/map_1.htm
There are some untextured/low-poly versions at colacola which are free. The rest still cost, but the price seems reasonable for what's been put into it.Your friendly neighborhood Wings3D nut.
Also feel free to browse my freebies at ShareCG.
There might be something worth downloading.
