Although I can download everything from free stuff I can't download SWAT II for V3. I think there is a firewall problem in univerwity that I work and I can't close firewall. Can someone download it and send to my mail? my mail is mdiramali@yahoo.com

You'll have to contact the creator of the item and ask them to do that for you.
