Whilst we endeavour to provide 24 hour coverage for administration issues with the site this is not always possible, in this case I was travelling to work when you emailed ourselves regarding your problems with registration.
I have contacted you with a view to resolving this via email and hopefully this will be resolved for you as soon as our coder is available, they are in the US so it will probably be around lunchtime our time before you hear anything further from ourselves.

I'm really sorry about the site coding giving you a hard time. I had to add a modification so that it allowed anyone to register. Originally it didn't have any place to put state/province on the registration screen. But then it got mad that you hadn't input one and wouldn't allow the process to continue. So I had to go beg for some code at the software's support forum. lol.
Midge has done a work-around that will allow registrations without the state/province requirement. Thank you so much for bringing the problem to our attention! I totally appreciate it. :-)

Btw, due to a glitch in the auto-generation code, I've had to replace the welcome gift vouchers with coupons. All other vouchers continue to work as normal.
