i tried to use my card to purchase some items but it said it couldn't verify my address. i used the proper address, as it is on my bills for the credit card. i'm not sure what the problem is. i'm using a canadian credit card, but it's capital one/mastercard. any reason it would not work? account is up to date. money's there, checked this morning. the message on the rosity page was "address verification failed"

Hi,
Try contacting your bank. It's not showing as an international card even though your address is international, which is why it won't match your card. Ask them to verify the address associated with the card. Make sure all the address, including street name and number, and zip code match up.
Thank you. Sorry you're having the trouble.

greetings, i called my credit card company. they said that both of my two attempts to put the purchases through are coming across in my account. that means i'm about to be charged twice for the same purchase. when the first one failed, i thought i had made a mistake (since it said address verification failed in the browser) and i tried to redo the purchase.
capitalone said that the charges will likely not go through though because the company that charged me isn't able to verify the order, that being renderosity. they said my address is correct and verified. and they said that if renderosity doesn't contact them in the next few days, the charges will simply drop off and i won't be charged.
however, i'd like the products and to use this card ;) so what the csr at capital one said i need to do is get renderosity to call capital one to verify one of the two charges. then renderosity gets the money, capital one cancels the second charge, and hopefully i get some products.
who do i email regarding this and what information do you need for me to do this? i did not receive any email regarding a charge that failed, so i don't have a processing number from the rosity storefront or marketplace. the only name that shows up as part of the charge, at this time, is "catalogue merchant", or so the csr at capital one said.
please advise me of my next step.

You're welcome to email me with your credit card company info. Please send the toll free number found on the back of the card. It might also be good to call into the office. Our toll free number is 866-220-2949 x21. They may require that I have the card number, which wouldn't be good to send through email.
Thank you!

greetings. i wanted to express my extreme satisfaction with the customer service i received from you, mendy hicks. you were personable and attentive to my problem, and i didn't feel like i was just another customer with a complaint. you dealt with me approrpriately and respectfully. i want everyone who read this to know that my order was received and that i was very pleased with how things turned out. the fact you were ready to deal with me one on one meant a lot, so thank you for doing that. i feel you went above and beyond your duties for an online store. you have my intense gratitude!
