It looks like the chest and breast morphs are your problem here. Check waht settings your figure has, i.e. what breast size dials etc. are modified. Then see if your clothing item has the same morphs and adjust them to the same as the figure morphs, job done!
If the clothing item doesn't have the same morphs then you're pretty much in the doo-doo unless you have a bit of kit by netherworks that can put the morphs into the clothing, forget what it's called now but it's a brilliant bit of kit!
You could try increase the xyz scale and possibly the taper dial, workd sometimes but not always!!

Three more suggestions: 1. You can use The Tailor from Daz 2. You can use Wardrobe Wizard from philc.net 3. You can use magnets Poser built in.
I must remember to remember what it was I had to remember.

I have the same dress. It does have all the dials you need to fit it to your model. They are found in the "body" part of the dress.
Unfortunately "conforming" usually means it fits the standard V3 model. If you alter her body shape you also have to alter the clothing dials to fit her custom shape. I altered the breast 8 dial in this and added some "wind" to her skirt to stand out more.
I also injecrted the "nipple gone" into my V3 and set it to 1.00 so there was not naughty nipple pokethrough.
Hope this helps.

Too bad for Janet Jackson she didn't have her "Nipple Gone" set to 1.000
