where precisely in the newsletter are the store coupon announcements?

Hi goldie, The newsletter doesnt always have a coupon in it.
The newsletter will get a coupon every 2-4 months.
When we have one in the newsletter it will be in the left column.

thanks for the reply...
apparently there have been recent store coupons for which i never received any notifications...i used to receive an ebot message with coupon code, but since latest site/store changes i'm receiving nada...have some goodies in my cart waiting for a coupon :)

There was a coupon? I never noticed this either. No ebots. I will try to pay closer attention to the newsletters next time.

The last time the newsletter had a coupon was month or so ago...June 16th to be exact.
There was one on the front page last week. So, Make sure you check the front page daily.

No. They still go out to targeted groups each month via E-Mail.

I haven't gotten one in a while. What determines a targeted group?

I wont be giving away information on our marketing stratagies in regards to coupons but based on your purchase history you should have received one. It could be getting filtered out by spam filters.

We did have some problems on our end for a month or 2 in regards to sending out the coupons.
That problem has been resolved so keep your eyes open for one coming via E-Mail in the next week or two.

OK, fair enough. As long as they come from *@renderosity.com my spam filter should let them through.
I "think it has been 1-2 months since I got one, so that may have been the problem. I'll have to keep looking in my inbox since it was fixed.
