A merchant approved my refund request via email. How long after he submits the request do I receive the credit? It's Order#: 111069640. Asking because I don't want to email him again if he already submitted, but I have no way of knowing. There's just a void of communication going on.

When do you think the vendor might have approved the refund to us? I am on store support this weekend and since last night I know we haven't received any refund request to the store email address. If it was earlier in the week I can't say for sure.

Don't worry, Stacey, and thank you so much for responding. :) I IM'd Clint and he told me that nothing had been received. The merchant requested the order number from me on the 10th or 11th, and I sent it to him on the 12th.
I emailed the order number to him again today in case he didn't get it. cough
Since he approved this via email, can I forward those emails to someone if this drags on? I mean, damn, that's the worst way to establish a rapport with customers, to promise something, and then not respond, and then not follow through.
Or maybe his ISP's email "bots" don't work anymore. lololol
