I would be happy if they ask me.....that's my view..it depends how often people would use my images......your birdshots are amazing.....and the next time you can ask money for it....!!! You gave it for free then? But I guess your name is beneath it......or not ? Did you know that they will earn money from it then? Or maybe I read wrong and don't understand what you mean here....still a Dutch one haha
not sure what this word means "I oblidged"

Congratulations, Jim for this sale of two among your fantastic images ! You really deserve such a recognition !
I'm in contact with a book editor in South Belgium...
Already some time ago, I got the idea to make a book with pictures and quotes about/around SWANS...
The idea is to make a book like "Paroles d'arbres", the excellent work by Cécile Bolly . I wanted to call the book : "Fais-moi un cygne ! "
So, when I got ~50 pictures I went to him and showed a maquette... He was very interested... and told me to come back with... 1000 pictures !
Among these 1000, he will retain ~80 for the book !!! o_O
So, now I'm collecting swan pictures from everywhere and especially from Rendo... and I will send an email to all the artists having one of their images selected...asking for the rights !
In parallel, I also started some other collections/books : old crosses, benches,... but these projects still need a lot of work (finding quotes,...)
:~)

Thanks Margana........
I don't understand all words...don't forget that I never talk and wrote Englsih before......I learned all by my self......lol...and I use a translator sometimes.....but I found out by my self already what Jimbo meant.....pity that Jimbo deleted his gallery again....he is very talented, and of course his pictures would look gorgeous on that calendar no doubts.....I love his bird in flight shots...they are awesome........but wasting time to comment him all the time if it disappears after some weeks......that's why I don't comment Jim, most I left an offline to let him know if I like a shot he posted.....and I understand if Doug and Danny pick up some shots for the lwitg.....that it is not nice if you would see only a cross after a while.....I am just honest......it doesn't matter which member it is......sure I deleted my gallery more than once..and felt guilty if my picture was in a LWITG.....now if I need a break I leave my gallery online.....lol

Congratulation for the sale: Nameless_Wildness
I get some email.. people brownsing my galleries on some other communities as i am a Chosen-Dark Artist & Photographer and about less then 5% clicks (I mean agree) since most of them either sold or on hold tho.. hehe
Most of my work directly goes to overseas and get booked from there or directly to the market.
But i can feel anyone with a great talent get such an email about pulishing one or more of his/her gallery for a 2007 calendars, and who knows.. It could be on of those that you will be able to find them every where! Sigh...
Congratulations again and have a nice weekend my friend

Congrats on the calendar. I've had bird calendars forever... right now it's song birds. I would love to know the name of the calendar using your pictures. Maybe its sold here locally in GA?
