Hello, Anyone have any techniques/tutorials on how to create a worn aged magazine/really old comic book cover look? Torn/chipped edges, fold lines etc. Thanks in advance

One method would be to get a source of old paper (hi-rez if possible) and use that as a base to overlay your artwork on top of.

Do a search on old paper in a free photo site like MORGUE FILE. Hopefully, you should be able to find something.

Retrocity has gave you awesome idea. With old paper image you have save allot of work in a start. You can extract just the scratches with High pass and Color range to get one of the texture parts for overlay. You can fake paper damage with Clouds, G Blur and Treshold. For coloring I would use Hue/Saturation. Hope this will give you some idea :)
