I work for Honda, and after it aired we all got dvd's of the making of it. It took 606 takes to get it right.

I always thought that, but the only bit that had me in dout is when the get the wheels to go up the ramp bit. How did they do that?

They put weights in the top of the tyres, so the nudge gets them moving, and the weights start falling forward, causing the tyres to have forward motion up the ramp, to in effect, pull them uphill. If you notice, they don't roll back down the ramp, because the weight is holding them from rolling back.
