Hello:)
I need help, I want to use a V3 Texture on V2 because....to my surprise there don't seem to be interesting V2 Textures available anymore and I did read somewhere that a Victoria 3 - Victoria2 Texture Conversion Tool does exist, but I have no idea where to find it.
It would be great if someone could tell me if that tool really exist and where I could find it. That would help a LOT.
