If you're any good with the Poser magnets, you could probably use them to adjust the shape.
If you're like me and not....then export out a copy of emotiguy as a morph target and adjust him in your modeling software to the shape desired. Then just add it in like any other morph target and you'd be good to go.
Another idea would be to model your brick shape separately...this might be an easier way if you want sharper corners on your shapes. If you model it around the figure, leaving an open zone where his face would appear, you should be able to then import into Poser and then parent the new prop and disguise the round body.
Crazy alien chick FTW! (yeah....right....)

"squaring the circle" will very likely distort eyes and mouth. maybe give him a square shape in postwork.

i would get a primative cube and stick him in it, get his eyes and mouth poking through the front of the box then match the cube material with him.(parent the box to him,and select him when you want to move him(and box/cube))

Thanks all
I was hoping I could shape the guy anything and also the eye too.
Thanks again any suggestions other than sticking him in a box as I do want to reshape the eyes and mouth.

magnets are your best route for doing this from within Poser.
Other wise what your looking to do is Model the Face, for wich you will need a Modeler application, wich Poser is not.
There are several free modeler programs around, though I do'nt know how to use any so I wo'nt name names. The Modeler most closly related to Poser is named Carrara 5, and itt's available at Daz3D.com. But, do'nt scuff at it's price untill you've seen what it's big brothers' 3D Studio Max, Lightwave, and Maya go for!
This all kinda put's Poser Magnets right back into perspective, allthough there is a nack, a Modeler has, that is a bit different.
