Lost all my programs to a hard drive crash. What's the link for re-downloading Poser 5 / 6 and Shader 7? (Having a hard time trying to find it, or a phone number to call them)

Contact e-frontier. Depending on when you bought them, and whether or not you also ordered the extended download service, they may still be available in your order history there.

Gosh sorry to hear that, I went through that about 2 weeks ago, it's a bad deal allright!
Got all my stuff back in now from discs but it took ages to do and my 'puter is still burping, locking up at the log in screen and such, not all the time though so really hard to trace the fault especially as the "event viewer" saya nothing happened [lol].
Anyway good luck with that!

Thanks all.
I'm in the prosses of contacting E-Frontier, but it's the weekend and there closed... "bummer"
But all is not lost, I do have a friend who does data recovery, he said: "just bring the drive to me
and I get your stuff back" hope this high tech stuff works.
(It's a short 62 mile ride)... (right around the corner)
I'll keep you posted, thanks again.

I’m back in business; E Frontier found my old records and restarted my download link.
Of course, my system is still down, but now I can start to rebuild it.
“And, backup, backup, backup!”
Thanks again for all your help.
