Been looking for the last day for a tutorial on how to make rain and water splashes...
any help would be appriciated! Either for PS7 or PS7CS

Spiritsighs-stock on deviant art has some good rain brushes, and tutorio has a good selection of water tuts. Here's the list I came up with when searching on there for you:
