I was contacted by a woman who wants me to photograph her underagedaughter. What should I need to do to be legally safe? I assume that the mother must come with her and here are my questions: is it mandatory that I ask for their IDs to prove they are mother and daughter? should I make the mother sign a document consenting that I will photograph her daughter?

I have a couple of years living in the US and what scares me most is the possibility of being sued for not taking care of all the details. :tongue1:
