I have yet to really play around with animations in Carrara, but have done some animations in Bryce 5. I know in Bryce you can create an animation (such as a bird flapping it's wings) and have that animation run on a continious loop, while still moving the character around on each axis. Can this be done in Carrara?
What I indent to do is create a ship moving through waves on the sea, and would like the ships bobbing motion (which I plan to create in Poser 6) loop while the ship moves forward through the waves, that I am somehow going to create in Carrara.
Thanks.
David

Hi Pedrith, Yes, you can do that in Carrara. You'd simply assign a behavior to the wings and then animate the bird separately. Mark

If you have lots of connected actions then Cognito from Digital Carvers guild can help join them together e.g. linking the rolling and rocking of the ship

I also can recommend Cognito. It's a great little plug-in.
