Hi! Does anyone have a clue where to find a BearClaw necklace figure/prop? Or something similar in native/ tribal style? If not I guess Ill have to paint it on my rendered Native Americans. I would be most greatful.

hmm..the claws themselves wouldnt' be too hard (just bend some cones and smooth to taste..it's the string that would be tricky, because it has to follow the chest and neck.
Though why someone would want to string pastry around their neck, I have no idea..;)
I wish I'd said that.. The Staircase Wit

Zippo has a necklace over at Laboratory 108, which might work if you retexture the magatama beads. Look in the accessories section.

You might ask Ayla and Jondalar, they might have come across on during their parabulations. ;-)

Rainfeather posted Mon, 28 August 2006 at 8:35 PM
there IS one available at daz, but it comes as an item of a package called barbarian champion for V3 ( http://www.daz3d.com/shop.php?op=itemdetails&item=3981 ) and unfortunately it is pricey and doubly so because it is an add on for an existing package.
cherokee69 posted Mon, 28 August 2006 at 9:11 PM
There is also one in the Warlords: Michael 2.0 Barbarian at DAZ. Look at the first preview screen.

Thank you all, I´m glad for such a great respond.
The poser community is something special :-)
Now...since I´m such a beggar, I´m also looking for a Native American breastshield.
Surely such item must have been made...or?
Thank´s again!
Rainfeather posted Tue, 29 August 2006 at 11:45 AM
well i could offer a texture i have in the market place as a gift but unfortunately you're going to need Lady Littlefox's Dreamwalker base for it =(
rofocale posted Tue, 29 August 2006 at 12:21 PM
Yes I have seen that clothing item at RDNA, but it´s for V3 and it´s not so realistic.
Here´s a pic (Blackfeet made) of a breast shield.

These items is exactly what I´m looking for :-)
I use M3 and D3 (right now mostly a Koji/ M3 hybrid...)
Perhaps we could make a deal?

I'll try to wip up something I just need to reload M3 back into poser..hehe I don't use him to much I like James..anyway I'll work on something and let you see and then you can decide. As far as a deal it's on me don't worry about it. Now my only other question is do you want black bear or grizzly bear claw? The Iowa necklace is made of grizzly bear and the others are black bear to give you an example.
Cheers,
Micheál

Sorry for the delay, had to go and sleep (different timezones...). Rainfeather! I promise I let you know, thank you :-) Sealtm2! You can make it for James as well, if its a prop I can fiddle around with it to make it fit the other guys. Grizzly would be nice! Im looking forward to see what you come up with. Thank you.
Darboshanski posted Wed, 30 August 2006 at 7:38 AM
Cool I started lastnight (eastern U.S.) on it and I'm using james. I've already formed the claw now I just need to fiddle with it. The beads will be the easy part. It will be just a prop that way you can fit it to just about any character.
Cheers,
Micheál
