personally i'd take the second one and crop it so that you keep that green lamp post in it and the sky... i suppose it's my like of perspective in shots that makes that my choice ;)

The composition of the group is better suited to the top picture and the humor of the situation is lost in the bottom one as they are too far away. So I'd favour the top one.

lol I prefer the top one for the humour be even more of a laugh if the guy at the bottom had a builders bum it was close!!

Top one is definately easier to work with, however the bottom has some great story, cropping close to the right side of their truck and cutting part of the cross-wallk. Now you've got some Italian guys messin with a statue.......Hmmmmm. LOL
Strange stuff here in CT....Ya know, we're not all like this. hehe

i was thinking a bit further in towards the lamp post so you could make out more of what they were doing - its a compromise between ease of seeing what is going on and picture quality i suppose. Granted the top one is better for seeing what is going on, but the bottom one (in my opinion) is a stronger composition - mainly because you arent looking at the truck dead on...

I like the top one the best, however the next one has the funny part, being the corner store and saying little Italy... maybe you could do some stitch work on them to make it a wider shot??? That might be interesting??? I love your humor!!!!!

The bottom one doesn't do anything for me. The top one is my pick as well, although I'd say it would be worth fixing the distracting reflection.

I too think that the top one shows the humour of the situation far better.
I can't make up my mind about the crop though -
If you crop the left side between the guy standing on the left and the parking sign, the road on the right suggests a long trip to me, or at least the truck going somewhere.
If you crop it on the right between the truck and the parked cars it brings the building into the frame which may pass as a church, adding to the humour IMHO by reinforcing where the statue belongs.
Just my 2c.

Sure, now you give us more choices??? LOL!!! Well, I love the top one here best too, it might be really cool if you could isolate the truck only, and put them one a long winding road somewhere?? It might be a perfect time to merge two completely different photos??? or possibly 3 photos?? like get me to the church on time??? LOL now, you've got a challenge!! Maybe you can summon up some offers of photos to merge with????..... just my wild idea...

Great wild idea. I'll do a side DITI with 3-4 different photos and let you guys go to it! ;]
